Further information about the project

The HMC moderated EM Glossary is a collaborative initiative that works to increase semantic interoperabiltiy of electron and ion microscopy data. Jointly we provide harmonized, stable domain-level semantics to be used and adopted in the many scientific applications in electron microscopy. In addition to the OWL artifact, which is intended for technical adoption, we provide the EM Glossary Web Explorer which facilitates exploration of the terminology.
